The unique setting of the building allows views both from the Ocean and the Intracoastal waterways. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster.
Complete set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware are included.
Linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer, amenities and an iron.

Maximum occupancy of 6. This 960 sq unit has 2 bedrooms (2 queen, 2 full) ), 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space.

Washer and Dryers are available on each floors (bring quarters)

Convenience shop located in the lobby and supermarket 5 minutes away.

The building is located along side the beach and the access is located on the lower level, through the pool area. Due to the residential nature of the area, the beaches are quiet and peaceful. The newly remodeled boardwalk will take you all the way to Ocean Drive. Kids playground and public parking are located nearby. 30 Mins from Miami International Airport.
