- Requirements:
- Florida Sales Tax Number (or exemption): From the Florida Department of Revenue, either online or by mail.
- FEIN (Florida Employer Identification Number) for businesses and SSN (Social Security Number) or ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number) for individuals.
- Completed Certificate of Balcony Inspection (if listing is 3 or more stories in height)

- Requirements:
